Transition and Default Methodology Explained
In this video you will learn more about the methodology behind ֳ’s annual transition and default studies and understand how to interpret the matrices with the help of some example calculations.
2023 Transition and Default Studies: Subsector Dataset
This data file is an expanded version of the 2023 Transition and Default Study published in March 2024. It includes sub-sector transition and default data matrices covering financial- and non-financial corporates, developed and emerging markets and structured finance asset classes across North America, EMEA, APAC and Latin America. Due to ֳ's continuing data enhancement efforts and methodology, changes may result in slightly different statistics than in previously published studies. Therefore, this most recent transition and default dataset supersedes all previous versions.
