ֳ’ sector outlook for U.S. and EMEA asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) is neutral for 2023. The neutral outlook reflects the individual Rating Outlooks of the financial institutions providing full support for most ֳ-rated ABCP conduits across the two regions. While structured finance asset performance outlook is deteriorating, we expect ABCP to be resilient in this environment.
